How Event Rentals Work
Sculptovate uses a request-based rental process so availability, delivery, setup, customization and venue requirements can be reviewed before anything is booked. No payment is collected when you send the initial request.
1. Choose the pieces you are interested in
Start with the event rental collection or browse by occasion, including weddings, quinceañeras, birthdays and Sweet 16s, showers, graduations and corporate events. You can request one statement piece or several items for a coordinated setup.
2. Send the event details that affect availability and cost
The more specific your request is, the easier it is to review. Include:
- event date and approximate event hours
- venue name or delivery ZIP code
- event type and estimated guest count
- the rental items and quantities you want
- preferred colors, names, wording or other personalization
- important dimensions or photos of the setup area
- whether you expect delivery, pickup or setup assistance
Use the event rental request form to send those details. Submitting the form does not reserve inventory.
3. We review the practical details
Two events requesting the same piece can still require very different planning. Venue access, stairs, elevators, loading zones, outdoor exposure, distance, item size and setup complexity can affect what is practical. Personalized pieces may also require additional production time.
We review the rental scope, item availability, quantities, transport, setup requirements and any customization before confirming the proposal.
4. You receive the rental proposal
The proposal identifies the items being discussed and the project-specific details needed to move forward. Depending on the event, that can include rental duration, delivery or pickup arrangements, setup responsibilities, personalization and applicable payment, cancellation, damage or return terms.
A submitted request is not a confirmed booking. Your date and items are only treated as reserved after the applicable confirmation process is completed.
5. Plan venue access and safe placement
Large décor and display pieces need appropriate space, stable placement and safe access. Outdoor use, anchoring, electrical elements, floor protection and venue rules may require additional review. Decorative pieces are not intended for climbing or unsupervised play unless specifically designed for that use.
What affects event rental pricing in Fresno?
Rental pricing can vary based on item type, quantity, date, customization, delivery distance, venue access and setup requirements. A personalized welcome sign requested for local pickup has a different scope from a large multi-piece backdrop, throne seating and display package requiring transportation and setup.
That is why Sculptovate does not treat the initial form like an automatic checkout. The goal is to confirm exactly what the event needs first, then provide the appropriate pricing and next steps.
When should I request rentals?
Earlier requests provide more flexibility, especially for weddings, quinceañeras and popular weekend dates. There is no single booking window that applies to every item because availability varies by product and date. Once you know your event date and venue, it is reasonable to submit the request even if some design details are still being decided.

Does submitting the form reserve my event date?
No. It starts the review process but does not reserve inventory or create a confirmed booking.
Can I request a custom piece with my rentals?
Yes. If you need a name, number, branded display, custom backdrop or unusual prop, include it in the request or use the custom project form. We can determine whether it makes more sense as a rental customization or a separate custom product.
Do you serve Clovis and nearby Central Valley cities?

Can I pick up rental items myself?
Pickup may be possible for some pieces, but it is not assumed for every item. Size, fragility and handling requirements are reviewed before a pickup or delivery method is confirmed.
