Effective September 15, 2026. This notice describes information collected through our product, custom-project and event-rental request forms.
Information you provide
We collect the contact details, product selections, quantities, location, requested dates, project details and reference links that you submit. Phone numbers and street addresses are optional. Do not submit passwords, card details or sensitive personal information.
How we use it
We use requests to communicate with you, prepare proposals, review availability and understand demand for our products and services. Submitting a request does not process a payment. Availability notifications are optional and are not consent to unrelated marketing.
Storage and service providers
Request details are stored in our private WordPress administration area and included in notification emails. Website hosting, security and email providers may process information to operate these services. We retain records as needed to handle requests and legitimate business or legal requirements.
Browser storage and technical data
Saved product selections use local storage in your browser. Remove saved items on the project page or clear your browser storage. The request system uses short-lived, hashed identifiers to limit abuse; hosting and security services may maintain technical logs. Font and image providers receive normal connection information when external resources load.
Your choices
You may leave optional fields blank and leave availability notifications unchecked. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your submitted information, or to withdraw notification consent. We may need to verify your request and retain records required for legitimate legal obligations.
