request terms
Submitting a form is a nonbinding request for information, availability or a proposal. It is not an accepted order, confirmed booking, inventory reservation or payment authorization. No payment is collected through these request forms.
Your request and proposal
We review your selected product, specifications and delivery location, then follow up with pricing, production options and estimated timing. Product availability, taxes, delivery and included services are confirmed separately in writing before you commit. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve inventory or a production slot. Optional product notifications do not guarantee an availability date or allocation.
Custom products and rentals
Customization depends on design feasibility, materials, intended use and project requirements. Rental dates and terms require a separate agreement. Any later sale or booking will set out the applicable payment, cancellation, return, warranty, damage and fulfillment terms before commitment.
Images and supplied artwork
Visualizations illustrate designs and do not establish tested performance or completed customer installations. Styling items are not included unless listed in a proposal. Submit only logos, artwork and references that you have permission to use, and do not include confidential credentials or payment information.
